If a product fails to push from the Printful Dashboard to your ecommerce store, we automatically remove it along with its design files from your Dashboard. This is normal and helps keep your account free of incomplete or unusable products.
A push can fail for several reasons, such as temporary connection issues between your store and the Dashboard, missing or invalid product details (like pricing or descriptions), or platform-specific restrictions (for example, Etsy category requirements or Shopify variant limits).
To avoid losing your work, we recommend saving all your designs as Product Templates before pushing them to your store. That way, if a push fails and the product is deleted from your store section, you’ll still have the design and product settings saved and ready to resubmit
If your product fails to be added to your store and you still want to list it, check your store connection and settings, recreate it in your Dashboard, and push it again. If push failures keep occurring, contact our Support Team through our contact form or start a chat with us, and include the product name, store name, and screenshots of any error messages so we can help.
