Fulfillment time is how long it takes us to create your custom product before it ships out. This estimate doesn’t include shipping, so to determine when your order will arrive, add the shipping time to the fulfillment time.
On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. Estimated fulfillment times for each product category and fulfillment location can be found here.
Typical fulfillment times
Most orders are fulfilled quickly. In fact:
- Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.
- More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.
A few reminders
- Our fulfillment times are an estimate—not a guarantee.
- Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping time.
- The time your order spends in the “Waiting for fulfillment” status is part of the fulfillment time.
- The average fulfillment times shown on the Recent Updates page are based on the past 30 days of order data.
- If your order is put on hold, it can delay fulfillment.
- On average, large orders may take a bit longer, but we’ll still fulfill them within 5 business days.
