Printful automatically monitors your Etsy store for new orders through a process called syncing. How often we check your store depends entirely on your shop's activity level—the more active your business, the more frequently we fetch your orders.
Is syncing the same for all shops?
No, sync frequency adapts to your store's performance. The more orders you receive, the more often your store will automatically update and sync with Printful.
How often will my shop sync?
Your automatic sync frequency can vary from once per hour to once per day. This window depends on how frequently you receive orders and when your shop was originally connected to Printful. Highly active stores will sync much more frequently throughout the day.
Can I manually sync my orders?
Yes! You can always pull your orders into Printful manually through your Printful Dashboard. Depending on the version of the interface you are currently seeing, follow these quick steps:
- If your view shows Stores → View store, simply click Refresh data inside the store view.
- If you see a three-dot menu next to your store name in the Stores section, click it and choose Refresh data.
