Printful automatically monitors your Etsy store for new orders through a process we call syncing. How often we sync your Etsy orders depends on your store’s activity level.
Is syncing the same for all shops?
No. Sync frequency depends on store activity. The more orders you receive, the more often your store will sync.
How often does each shop sync?
The sync frequency varies from once per hour to once per day, depending on when your shop was connected to Printful and how frequently you receive orders. Shops that receive more orders sync more often.
Can I manually sync orders?
Yes. You can always sync orders manually through your Printful Dashboard. The steps may differ slightly depending on the version of the interface you’re seeing:
- If your view shows Stores → View store, simply click Refresh data inside the store view.
- If you see a three-dot menu next to your store name in the Stores section, click it and choose Refresh data.
