Yes. If you want to check every order before it’s sent to fulfillment, you can enable manual order approval in your store settings.
When this option is turned on, all incoming orders will be saved as drafts (or will import with the Needs approval status if you also have “Import unsynced orders” enabled). You can review each one individually or approve multiple orders at once.
This setting gives you:
- Time to double-check order details
- The ability to make manual changes (like swapping products or adjusting designs)
- Control over when payment is taken - your Printful Wallet is charged once the order is confirmed.
To avoid delays, we recommend enabling the Wallet’s auto-recharge function so your orders can move to fulfillment without interruption.
To turn on manual order approval:
- In your Dashboard, go to Settings → Store settings.
- Open the Orders tab.
- Enable Manually confirm all imported orders.
- Click Save.
