If you’ve removed a product from your Etsy shop but still see it in your Printful Dashboard, it may not be fully deleted yet. Etsy keeps listings in different folders depending on their status, and some of these may still trigger a sync with Printful.
Check that the product is fully removed
Make sure the product doesn’t appear in any of the following Etsy listing sections:
- Drafts
- Expired
- Sold Out
Even if a product is no longer active, it can still show up in Printful if it exists in one of these folders.
How to remove it from Printful
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Stores, click your Etsy store.
- Click Refresh data. This will resync your Etsy store with Printful and update the product list.
- Wait 1–2 hours. It can take some time for the product to fully disappear from your Printful Dashboard.
Want to delete it from Printful instead?
If you’d prefer to delete the product directly from Printful, keep in mind:
Deleting a product from Printful will also delete the listing on Etsy.
Only do this if you’re sure you want to remove the product entirely from both platforms.
To delete from Printful:
- Go to your product list in the Printful Dashboard
- Click the three dots next to the product and select Delete
