If any item in your order is out of stock at our suppliers, you’ll get a notice in your order confirmation email.
Here’s what you can do next:
Switch to a different product
Click Change order from the order view to choose an alternative.
Wait for restock
You can wait until the item is available again, but we can’t guarantee how long that might take.
Cancel the order
Click on the order in your Dashboard to cancel it and receive a refund to your Printful Wallet.
If you’re unable to cancel the order from your side, please contact our Support team for assistance at support@printful.com.
