If you’re importing orders in bulk using a CSV file, you’ll need both the product ID and the variant ID to ensure the right items are processed. Here’s how you can find them in your Dashboard:
Finding the product ID
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Click on Stores (or My products → Published) in the left-hand menu.
- Choose your connected store.
- You’ll see a list of your products. The product ID is displayed just below each product name.
Finding the variant ID
- In the same Stores/My products section, click on a specific product to open it.
- You’ll see a list of all its variants (sizes and colors).
- The variant ID is shown under the variant name. You can copy it directly for your spreadsheet.
