MerchShare is your go-to tool for simplifying group orders. Whether you’re organizing merch for a team, collaborators, family, or a larger group, this feature takes the hassle out of gathering sizes, addresses, and making one big payment.
With MerchShare, you can create a product template, design it, and easily share a link with your group. Each person can then select their size and color, pay individually (if you choose), and have the product shipped straight to their door.

How to use MerchShare
- Create a product template: Use the Design Maker to customize your product. You can use built-in assets or upload your own design.
- Save your design: When you’re done, save it as a product template.

Enable sharing:
- Click the three dots on your saved product template.
- Select Share.
- Switch on Enable sharing.
- To allow purchases via the link, turn on Allow ordering this product.
- If you want to cover the cost, enable Charge me for all orders.
- Share the link: Copy the link and share it with your group, or create a private access list by adding the recipient email addresses. You can also include a personalized message.
Limitations to keep in mind
- Product availability depends on location. Recipients can adjust their location by clicking the globe icon in the top-right corner.
- If you’re using an embroidery design for the first time and recipients are paying, the first order will include the charge for embroidery digitization.
- Recipients can only order one size/color combo at a time. For example, to order 10 blue T-shirts (L) and 15 black ones (XL), they’ll need to place two separate orders using the same link.
