Express shipping isn’t available unless a phone number is provided during checkout. That’s because shipping carriers need contact info to arrange delivery times.
If the phone number is missing, you won’t be able to choose Express shipping at checkout.
How does this work with my store?
Some platforms collect phone numbers automatically and pass them to us with the order. Others make it optional or don’t support this address field at all. Here’s how each integration handles phone numbers:

What can I do?
If your platform doesn’t collect phone numbers by default, you can reach out to your customer after the order is placed. If a phone number is required by the carrier for that specific order, we’ll contact you so you can follow up with your customer.
