Carriers require contact information to get in touch about the delivery time. So you can’t select Express shipping if you or your customer didn’t add a phone number during checkout.
Some integrations support the phone number field at checkout. So the phone number information will be automatically passed to Printful from the order form. If your integration doesn’t support the phone number field, you should reach out to your customers and ask for their phone numbers after completing the purchase. We’ll let you know when your customer’s phone number is missing.
