When an order is fulfilled at our facility in Mexico, here’s what you need to know about how it’s shipped, and how taxes and customs are handled.
Shipping from Mexico
All orders fulfilled in Mexico are sent to our distribution center in San Diego, California. From there, they’re shipped to the final destination.
Because we route shipments through the US, we can offer the same shipping rates as we do from our facilities in the USA.
Note: Once your order has been marked as shipped, tracking updates may take a day or two to appear. This delay is normal and just part of the shipping process.
Taxes and customs
For orders with a delivery address within the US, you won’t have to worry about customs fees, However, sales tax still applies. If we’re registered to collect sales tax in the state of the delivery address, we’ll apply the appropriate rate based on that location.
