Before adding products to your TikTok Shop, it’s important to choose products that comply with TikTok Shop’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) policy. These rules ensure fast delivery and reliable order fulfillment.
Fulfillment techniques that meet TikTok Shop’s SLA
Printful meets TikTok’s fulfillment requirements for fast delivery with two main printing techniques:

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing
Designs are printed directly onto clothing like t‑shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. DTG is ideal for colorful, detailed designs. -
Embroidery
Designs are stitched with colored threads onto items like hats, caps, and accessories, adding a textured and premium feel.
Use DTG or embroidery techniques for clothing and accessories to meet TikTok’s SLA. For Home & Living items, you can choose from any products that Printful fulfills quickly and are available in your shop region.
Eligible product categories
Only certain categories are currently optimized for TikTok Shop’s fulfillment standards:
- Home & living products (e.g., drinkware, wall art)
- Men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing, as long as you use DTG or embroidery
Other products and fulfillment techniques may not be compliant with TikTok Shop’s SLA policy. These techniques are:
- All-over print (AOP) / Cut & Sew (including Home & Living items made with this technique)
- Direct-to-film (DTFlex)
These products generally require longer production times and are currently ineligible for TikTok Shop.
What happens if I list ineligible products?
TikTok monitors your order handling performance closely. Selling products that don’t meet their fulfillment standards can lead to late deliveries, canceled orders, or account restrictions. To stay in good standing, stick to fast-fulfilling items only.
Some TikTok ineligible products may not be possible to publish to your store at all. In such cases, you’ll see a message indicating that the product is not available in your store’s selling region.
