To finalize your TikTok Shop setup and enable order fulfillment, you must properly configure your warehouse address. Follow the steps below based on your location.
Step 1: Access Warehouse Settings
- In TikTok Shop Seller Center, navigate to Logistics → Warehouses
- Here, you can manage your Pickup Warehouse and Return Warehouse addresses.
Step 2: Add warehouse addresses
- Click Add Warehouse under Pickup Warehouse.
- Enter the required fields:
- Warehouse name (e.g., “Printful Pickup Warehouse”)
- Contact person (your name)
- Phone number
- Street address, city, state/province, and postal code
- Shipping regions (Select your entire country or relevant region. You may manage up to 20 Pickup Warehouses)
- Repeat for the Return Warehouse. You may use the same address if preferred.
Step 3: Use Printful fulfillment addresses
Use Printful’s official fulfillment facility address for fast and reliable order handling:
- US Sellers: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019
- UK Sellers: Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ
These addresses help ensure your orders route correctly to Printful for fulfillment.
Step 4: Confirm Return Warehouse
If you entered a separate return address, ensure it’s listed and saved under Return Warehouse. If you’re using the same address, confirm the option was checked during setup.
Step 5: Save and set defaults
After entering details, click Save.
