1. Shopping tab on your official TikTok account
- The Official TikTok Account linked to your TikTok Shop displays a Store Page or Shopping tab on your profile.
- All products from your TikTok Shop catalog are automatically shown on this page once the account is linked and active.
- This is the primary way customers can browse and purchase items without leaving the app.
2. Tagging products in videos and live streams
- Once products are linked to either your Official or Marketing accounts, you can tag them in organic videos or live streams, enabling direct shopping links during content.
- Viewers can tap a product to view details and add it to their cart seamlessly.
3. Marketing accounts for wider reach
- TikTok Shop allows linking up to four Marketing TikTok Accounts in addition to your Official account.
- Requirements for Marketing Accounts:
- Must have at least 5,000 followers
- Must be from the same country as your TikTok Shop
- Must have a Normal account status, and the owner must be over 18
- Marketing accounts can showcase selected products via their own Showcase feature, and can be used to tag products in videos and live streams, widening your brand’s visibility.

How to link your TikTok accounts
- In TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to My Account → Linked TikTok Accounts.
- Click Link New TikTok Account, and select Official or Marketing Account type.
- For Official account: ensure username and display name align with your shop name. It will appear on your TikTok profile as the official storefront.
- For Marketing account: the account owner receives an invitation request, which must be accepted via TikTok mobile appOnce confirmed, the Official account displays the full shop catalog, and marketing accounts can showcase tagged products.
