Yes, you can use Printful’s live shipping rates for products you’ve imported from your Shopify store, but only after you’ve synced those products with Printful in your Dashboard. Imported products must be properly synced for Printful to apply live rates at checkout.
How it works:
- Live rates can only be used if your imported products are synced in your Printful Dashboard.
- Unsynced products won’t trigger live rates at checkout.
- Once synced, you can enable live rates in your Printful Dashboard → Settings → Store settings → Shipping.
Shopify eligibility for live rates:

If you want to ensure your imported products use live rates:
- Sync all imported products in your Printful Dashboard → Stores (or My products → Published).
- Confirm that live rates are enabled under Settings → Store settings → Shipping.
Once enabled, your customers will see real-time shipping rates for Printful products at checkout.
