Our tracking page gives your customers a smooth, branded way to track their shipments. It combines tracking info from multiple sources into one easy-to-use page—no need to juggle different carrier links.
Who can use the tracking page?
If your store is on one of these platforms, your customers will automatically see the tracking page once their order is shipped:
- Shopify
- WooCommerce (Note: You’ll need to install a plugin for it to work)
- Wix
- Squarespace
For other platforms, you can still use the tracking page by sending your customers the link manually:
- Go to Orders in your Dashboard.
- Open a fulfilled order.
- Click See tracking.
- Copy the link and share it with your customer.
Email tracking updates
Customers can enter their email on the tracking page to subscribe to real-time shipping updates. We’ll email them each time there’s a new status on their order.
Customize the tracking page
Customize the order tracking page to reflect your brand’s unique style. Here’s what you can add:
- Logo – Upload a color version of your logo that appears at the top right of the page.
- Contact info – So customers can easily reach out if they have questions.
- Social media links – Show clickable icons to bring traffic to your profiles.
- Call-to-action (CTA) buttons – Add up to 3 buttons to lead customers to your blog, store, or any other page.
All of these features also show up in the shipping notification emails your customers receive.
To add your branding, head to Dashboard → Settings → Store settings → Branding, and customize as much or as little as you’d like.
