If your order was imported as a draft, you’ll need to check if it includes all the shipping details. Due to privacy settings, TikTok may mask the shipping details of your orders, which means your orders are imported as drafts, and Printful can’t fulfill them.
To prevent your orders from getting imported as drafts, you’ll need to make sure that your TikTok Shop shipping options are set to Shipped by seller. Here’s how:
- Head to your TikTok dashboard
- Go to the Shipping > Shipping options
- Disable the Shipped by platform option
- Enable the manually created shipping options

If you already have orders with masked shipping addresses imported as drafts, you’ll need to confirm and update them with the missing shipping details manually.
What do I do with imported orders with masked shipping details?
- Go to your TikTok dashboard > Orders > Manage orders and select the exact order
- There, you’ll find the full shipping details for that order
- Then, go to your Printful Dashboard > Orders > Drafts and choose your order
- Click on Confirm order to enter the shipping details manually
Once your order is confirmed with the shipping details, Printful will be able to fulfill and ship your products to your customers.
