In rare cases, your order or shipment may be canceled by our Support team. This can happen for several reasons, such as product discontinuation or other exceptional circumstances. If this happens, the funds used to pay for the order will be returned to your Printful Wallet.
Most of the time, your order would first be placed on hold to allow you to review and resolve any issues. However, if your order was canceled without being put on hold, you can find the reason by following these steps:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard
- Navigate to Orders
- Click on the specific order
- Click on the Holds and order history tab
- There, you’ll see details about the cancellation
