Yes, you can! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change the delivery information and/or shipping method.
Note: To see the Express shipping option, the shipping address must include a valid local phone number, express carriers require this to arrange delivery. Keep in mind that Express shipping is only available for select products. You can check the full list of eligible products in this sheet.
Step 1: Open the order you want to upgrade
- Go to your Printful Dashboard → Orders.
- Open the order you want to update.
- Click Change order or Change address (if the fulfillment has started) at the bottom of the order view.
Step 2: Select the new shipping method
Proceed to the Shipping step and select the new shipping method you want to apply. Then click Continue to review & pay to go to the next step.
Step 3: Update the order
Click Update order. Depending on the selected method, there may be an additional charge.
