You can find tracking information in two places:
- In the shipping confirmation email, we send when your order is dispatched. There will be a separate email for each shipment if your order is split into multiple shipments.
- In your Printful Dashboard, under Orders.
When your order is fulfilled, a shipping label is created at our facility, and a tracking number is generated. You’ll see the number appear in your order details, and it will be linked to your tracking page. You’ll be able to find the carrier’s tracking links from there.
If it’s been more than 24 hours since you received the shipping notification and your tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us through our contact form or start a chat with us. We’ll be happy to look into this for you.
