When selling Printful products on Amazon, your return address plays a key role in the returns process. Amazon defaults to your billing address, but you’re free to choose to use Printful’s address instead for smoother returns flow. Here’s how it works:
How to update your return address
By default, Amazon uses your billing address as your return address for customer returns. If you’d prefer returns to go to a different location (like Printful’s facility), you can make that change manually.
- Sign in to Amazon Seller Central
- Go to Settings → Return Settings
- Click Manage Return Addresses
- Choose the store you want to edit (if you sell in multiple marketplaces)
- Click the pencil icon for the address entry you’d like to update
- Add a new address or select an existing one and click “Use this address”, then Save
You can set multiple return addresses and mark one as default per marketplace.
