If there’s an issue with your order, you can submit a report directly from your Printful Dashboard.
Step 1: Open the affected order
- Log in to your Printful account.
- Go to your Orders page and find the order (you can search using the order number).
- Open the order.
- Click Report problem at the bottom of the order view to open the problem report form.
Step 2: Choose the topic
Select the type of problem and preferred solution.
Step 3: Describe the issue and submit it
Describe the issue in detail for each affected item in the order and, if relevant, upload photos. To avoid delays, please include clear images with your initial report. For faster resolution, ensure your photos follow our guidelines.
Click Report problem to send your request.
You can also submit a problem report if more than five business days have passed after the order’s estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received the order.
